Biography
Since 1992 to 1998, Aleksey worked in the Administration of St Petersburg in various capacities related to public affairs, including Head of Press Office and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Press and Public Affairs. In 1992 – 1996, he worked in one of the departments reporting to then Deputy Mayor of St Petersburg Vladimir Putin. In 1998 – 2002, Aleksey occupied the position of PR Director in APEC finance and industry group and worked in the capacity of Executive Director in “Russian Video – channel 11” LLC. He also participated in several federal and regional election campaigns. Aleksey joined Baltika Breweries in 2002.
Research Interest
In 2007, Aleksey was named “Best PR Expert of the Year” at the VIII PR competition PROBA-IPRA Golden World Awards. Since 2007 to 2012, he was annually included in the rating of top 1000 Russian PR and Communications managers in the “FMCG and services” category. The rating is published by the Managers’ Association of Russia.
