Biography

"1960He was born on June 9, 1960 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma (Sverdlovsk Region). 1979He graduated from the Sverdlovsk Mining and Metallurgical College. 1979He began working as an electrician at the Uralelectromed plant in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. 1979-1981Service in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
