Biography

"He was born on December 5, 1963 in Bukhara.  Speaks Arabic and English. He graduated from Tashkent State University.  After graduation, he worked in the structure of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the USSR, representing the interests of the country in the Middle East (Libya, Iraq).  In 1996, he became the general director of the Gaisky Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise, which produces copper ore mines in the Urals.  In 1999, together with partners, he founded the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company, whose president is since its founding."   "He was born on December 5, 1963 in Bukhara.  Speaks Arabic and English.
