Graduated from the Higher School of Economics in 2004 (MA in Economics). 2002-2006: Category-1 Economist, Lead Economist, Chief Economist, and Section Head at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. 2006-2010: Senior Manager, Director and Managing Director of ROSBANK. 2010-2012: Head of Research on Russia and the CIS, Senior Manager (Department Deputy Director) at Crédit Agricole CIB (Moscow branch). 2012-2013 – Senior Economist, Chief Economist for Russia at VTB Capital. 2013-2015: Director of the Long-Term Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. 2015-2016: Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation. 30 November 2016: Appointed Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by order of the President of the Russian Federation.
