Biography
Sharonov Andrei Vladimirovich - President of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. Andrei Sharonov joined the SKOLKOVO team in September 2013, leaving the post of deputy mayor in the Moscow government on economic policy. Andrei Sharonov was born in Ufa in 1964. He graduated from the Ufa Aviation Institute and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, is a candidate of sociological sciences. From 2007 to 2010 was the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC Investment Company Troika Dialog, he headed the investment banking sector. Andrey Sharonov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OOO NefteTransService Managing Company and OAO Eco-System Management Company, a member of the Board of Directors of Rosgeologiya, Sovcomflot, Novatek, is a member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange, OJSC Bank VTB. By the decree of the Mayor of Moscow on December 22, 2010, he was appointed deputy mayor in the Government of Moscow on economic policy issues, oversaw the formation of the budget, public procurement, industrial and business support policies, and regulated the market for trade and services. He was the Chairman of the regional energy commission. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the ANO "Moscow Urban Forum".
