Solntsev O.G. - graduate of the Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov (Department of Economic Cybernetics). In the years 1993-1994. - Expert of CJSC "Russian International Currency and Stock Exchange". In 1994-1995 years. - Chief specialist of JSCB Neftekhimbank. Since 1995 he has been working as a senior research fellow, head of the laboratory of the Institute of Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Candidate of Economic Sciences. From 2000 to the present he is the head of the direction of analysis of monetary policy, banking system and financial markets in the Non-Profit Partnership "Center for Macroeconomic Analysis and Short-Term Forecasting".
