Vodovatov Leonid Borisovich

Biography

Leonid Vodovatov - Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Development of Vnesheconombank. After graduating from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, he was engaged in scientific work at the Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D., an author of more than 20 scientific papers. After graduating from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation - Master of Management in the field of technology management. From 2003 to 2010, he worked in senior positions in the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Federal Agency for Special Economic Zones, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, worked on the development and implementation of state policy, strategies and major projects in science, education and innovation infrastructure. In 2011 -2015 he worked at the Skolkovo Foundation, was engaged in the creation of an external innovation ecosystem of the Skolkovo research center.
