Biography
1999 through 2003 – a defense attorney, “Moscow Law Center” bar of defense attorneys. 2003 through 2004 – head of the division of legal support at the Department of Property of the Military Industry Complex of Power Ministries and Agencies, the Russian Federation Ministry of Proprietary Relations. 2004 through 2008 – deputy head of the Directorate for Property of Power Agencies and Judicial Bodies, head of the department of judicial bodies, Federal Agency for Federal Property Management. In 2008 – deputy head of the Directorate for Managing Defense Organizations and Law Enforcement Agencies, Federal Agency for Managing Federal Property. 2008 through 2017 – director of the Law Department, Russian Federation Ministry of Finance. Since May 2017 – Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank, Member of the Management Board. 2009 through 2012 – assistant professor of the Department of Legal Support of Managerial Activities at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the auspices of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She taught the subjects “Financial law” and “Entrepreneurial law”. In 2010, she received a Letter of Appreciation from the Russian Federation Government for merits in economy and finance and for her enduring conscientious work. In 2011, she received a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the Russian Federation for outstanding efforts in fulfilling the tasks set by the Russian Federation President towards increasing the efficiency of providing federal and municipal services. In 2011, she received a Letter of Appreciation from the Russian Federation Minister of Finance for merits in financial and economic activities and her enduring impeccable work. In 2011, she was awarded with the Medal “For Merits to the Fatherland”, 2nd degree, for professional achievements and her long-term conscientious work.
