Responsibilities: Managing the bank’s current operations and structural subdivisions of the Retail Banking arm of VTB Group. 14.07.2017 – present Senior Vice President (concurrently), VTB 24. Responsibilities include general and administrative management, coordination and oversight of departments focused on services to high net worth individuals, mortgages, investments, retail banking, car loans -, CRM, remote channels, customer returns management, problem assets, efficiency, and general banking projects. Other responsibilities include the organisation and oversight of business processes, decision making on the development of business processes, and sale of banking products.
