1998 - Mr. Puchkov graduated from the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Degree: Law. Major: Law. Since 2002 JSC VTB Bank, Mr. Puchkov worked for Legal Department as: Deputy Head, Head, Vice President - Head of the Department, Senior Vice President - Head of the Department, then Senior Vice President, a member of the Management Board.
