1976 - Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Degree: Economics and Mathematics. Major: Economic Cybernetics. PhD in Economics (Council Resolution of 7 February 1983 at the Central Research Institute of Economics and Mathematics of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Protocol No 1). 2001 - Graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Banking Management.
