Biography

 1983 - Mr. Titov graduated from the Leningrad State University. Degree: History. Major: History. 2002 - Mr. Titov graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Since 2002 JSC VTB, before August 2009, Mr. Titov was a Deputy Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board, member of the Management Board, Senior Vice President and Vice President. Since August 2009, he has been First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board. 1998 – 2002 Deputy Head of the Administrative Department, External and Public Relations Director, Head of the Information and External Relations Department of Vnesheconombank, Member of the Board of Directors of Vnesheconombank of the USSR. 1996 – 1998 Deputy General Director of the Automobile All-Russian Alliance. 1996 Assistant to First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. 1993 – 1996 Deputy General Director of the Automobile All-Russian Alliance. 1993 Mr. Titov worked at the Presidential Executive Office. 1991 – 1993 Commentator of the Parliament and Government Service in ITAR-TASS News Agency. 1988 – 1991 Domestic Policy Issues Editor at APN Publishing House. 1983 – 1988 “Nauka” (Science) Publishing House, Leningrad Department. 1960 Born in the Leningrad region.
