Biography
Nancy Mulligan is the Senior Operations Director for the UBC Patient and Physician Services (PPS) department. In this role, she has responsibility for executive leadership strategy and business planning. Her programs range from large, traditional recruitment campaigns to uniquely customized, data-driven, health technology solutions that support patients in the commercial or clinical setting. She manages a team of experts, including those in medical communications, data analytics, and technology, to drive innovation in clinical research and post-marketing programs. Nancy joined UBC in 2010 as the Operations Director for PPS and was promoted to her current role within two years. She has more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in patient recruitment and retention. She earned a bachelor of science from the University of Massachusetts.
