Biography
Dr. Mehdi Al-Radhi gained his Doctorate at the Frauenhofer Institute for Production and Construction. His dissertation was the base of his international reputation for successful WCOM™ implementation. He took the Total Productive Management philosophy to the next level and has implemented it in global organisations and mid-sized companies since 1994. With his broad range of production optimisation knowledge he is a big contributor to the further development of the WCOM™ methodology. Mehdi has expertise in WCOM™, Early Equipment Management and has worked in various industries and public service organisations.
