Biography
Victor Mann is technical director of UC RUSAL since 2005 and is responsible for such areas as: research, engineering, design; technology management of plants; technical development and modernization of plants; start-up and commissioning of new and modernized capacities. From 2002 to 2005, Victor Mann was the General Director of the Engineering and Technology Center of RUSAL. From 1998 to 2002 he worked in the position of Deputy Technical Director of the Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Plant (KrAZ). From 1991 to 1998, Victor Mann moved from a design engineer to the head of the automation department of KrAZ. Victor Mann was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland and was included in the list of honorable metallurgists of Russia. "
