Biography
Mr. James (Jim) Beeland Rogers Jr. has held the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since September 19, 2014. On June 11, 2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Company's Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. He is also Member of the Company's Audit Committee. Since 2014, he also has served as Adviser of Genargo, as well as Independent Member of the Board of Directors at First China Financial Network Holdings Limited. Since 2012, he has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors at FAB Universal Corp; Adviser at Santiago Gold Fund; Director of Spanish Mountain Gold Limited and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Geo Energy Resources Limited. In 2011, he was appointed Adviser of Laguna Bay Pastoral and of Forbes & Manhattan. He is Member of the Board of Directors at The Zweig Total Return Fund Inc, The Zweig Fund Inc and Beeland Interests Inc. Mr. James (Jim) Beeland Rogers Jr. gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University in 1964, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from University of Oxford in 1966.
