Aleksey Leonenko graduated from the St. Petersburg Ship-building Institute, specializing in Automation of Processes Engineering and Production and graduated from the Russian Federation State Financial Academy, completing the Insurance Programme.Later he graduated from the St. Petersburg State University, specializing as a Master of Business Administration.from 2007 he is the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, SOGAZ INSURANCE
