Biography
In 1992, together with Evgeny Matveyevich Gavrilov, he founded Digital Design in St. Petersburg. The idea of ​​business was formulated as the construction of a modern European company that produces software based on the ideology of TQM (Total Quality Management). At the initiative of Andrey Fedorov, Digital Design was one of the first in the country to receive an international quality certificate of the ISO 9001 series, was evaluated for compliance with the CMMI quality standard, and also became a laureate of the RF Government Quality Award in 2002.
