Biography
Jen Power joined UBC in 2017 as Director of Business Development, focusing on commercial services for pharmaceutical manufacturers, including reimbursement HUBs, call centers, nursing services, REMS, field-based services and PAP programs. Jen uses her knowledge and expertise to support the full lifecycle of a drug, identifying opportunities to maximize sales growth and market share. Jen has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with significant experience in sales leadership and management. Her experience includes brokerage distribution sales of all group lines: medical, dental, life and ad&d, disability, vision and group long-term care. In addition to business development experience, Jen has expertise in healthcare technologies, such as electronic prior authorization solutions, specialty benefit services, medical benefit management of specialty drugs, and the payer landscape. She holds a Bachelor of Science in recreational therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
