Dr. Langer is on the National Directors Emeritus board and is President Emeritus of Women In Bio, an organization of professionals committed to fostering and encouraging entrepreneurship and career development of women active in the life science industry. She recently ended her governor-appointed term on the board of directors of the Maryland Technology Development Corporation.
