Biography
Mr. James R. Sulat, also known as Jim, MBA, has been a Consultant of Maxygen, Inc. since June 30, 2013. Mr. Sulat served as a Vice President of Finance and MIS at D.B. Hess, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Maxygen Inc., from October 1, 2009 to June 30, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until June 30, 2013. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer for Moore Wallace Inc. since February 9, 2004.
