Biography
Ms. Iverson is currently the CEO (consulting) of Black Hills IP, a provider of IP, paralegal and trademark services since October 2014. Ms. Iverson currently serves on the Board of Directors of MOCON Inc. She previously served as a Director of Speed Commerce, Inc. Ms. Iverson served as President and CEO of CyberOptics Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of optical process control sensors and measurement inspection systems used in the electronic assembly and semiconductor industries, from January 2003 until her retirement in January 2014. Ms. Iverson held a variety of positions with CyberOptics beginning in 1998.
