Biography
Charlotte Henderson is a Director in the Credit Team. Ms. Henderson was previously senior Legal Counsel at Ashmore Group Plc, an emerging markets specialist investment manager. She has worked on many credit investments, including private loans, corporate and sovereign bonds, and restructurings. She also has extensive private equity and M&A experience. Ms. Henderson holds a MA (hons.) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and is dual-qualified as an English solicitor and New York attorney-at-law.
