Biography
Daniel Ceniceros is part of the Energy Infrastructure Investment Team based in Mexico. Mr. Ceniceros has 13 years of experience in the Mexico power industry working in different areas such as O&M, Engineering, Commercial and Business Development. Prior to joining Abraaj, Mr. Ceniceros led the Energy Market at AES Mexico, where he was responsible for power supply in new markets and led the PPA management of 1,000 MW. Before that, he worked at Abengoa Mexico as Deputy General Director for the Energy Division and was accountable for managing all activities related to Abengoa’s power generation projects. Mr. Ceniceros started his career at Iberdrola Mexico where he held several roles including Business Development Manager, Technical Manager and Operations Manager. Mr. Ceniceros holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Engineering degree from the La Laguna Institute of Technology.
