Biography
"Ezequiel Padilla is a Director in the Clean Energy Team, based in Mexico. Mr. Padilla has more than 15 years of progressive experience in the private equity, investment banking advisory and corporate banking spaces, with a specialization in the energy sector (power, oil and gas) and related infrastructure. Prior to joining Abraaj, Mr. Padilla worked at Mexican banks BBVA Bancomer and Banco Interacciones, where he focused on the energy Industry and in financing energy sector transactions. He also worked in the investment banking advisory division of Evercore Partners. Mr. Padilla holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a MSc in Global Energy Management from UC Denver Business School, and a BSc in Finance and Banking from Palm Beach Atlantic University, as well as advanced project finance, private equity, and power, oil and gas management executive training."
