Biography
"Ju’far Abu Taleb is the Chief Quality and Accreditation Officer in the healthcare team based in Dubai. Prior to joining The Abraaj Group, Dr. Abu Taleb was the Quality Management Consultant at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC) in Saudi Arabia for the past 7 years. Before KAMC, Dr. Abu Taleb worked with the King Hussein Institute for Cancer and Biotechnology as the Quality Management Director. During this period, he provided consultations to more than twenty hospitals in Jordan and the region, with most of them achieving the JCI Accreditation. Previously, Dr. Abu Taleb was with the King Hussein Cancer Center, the first hospital to achieve JCI Accreditation in Jordan and prior to that, he worked with a USAID funded project in Jordan to establish a quality management program in primary healthcare. Dr. Abu Taleb is a member of the ISQua Organization and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Basrah University."
