Biography
Ms. Ullian has been a director of the Company since July 2001. Prior to her retirement in 2010, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boston Medical Center. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boston University Medical Center Hospital and Faulkner Hospital. She is also a director of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Hologic Inc.
