Biography
Greg joined the company in January 2002 as President, Environmental Instruments. He was named President, Scientific Instruments, in May 2006 and became Senior Vice President and President, Analytical Instruments, two years later. In 2012, Greg was named President, Biosciences, and in January 2014, he became Senior Vice President and President of the company’s Customer Channels business. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Greg spent 14 years at General Electric, including two years at Borg Warner Chemicals (acquired by GE Plastics). While at GE, his career progressed through multiple sales, marketing and general management roles within the Plastics and Transportation Systems divisions. Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech and the University of Exeter. Greg is past Chairman and current member of the Board of Advisors of ALDA (Analytical, Life Science & Diagnostics Association).
