Biography
Mr. Manzi has been a director of the Company since May 2000 and Chairman of the Board since May 2007. He also served as Chairman of the Board from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Manzi is founder and Chairman of Stonegate Capital, a firm that manages private equity investment activities in technology startup ventures, primarily related to the Internet. Previously, he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Development Corporation, a software manufacturer that was acquired by IBM Corporation in 1995. He serves as Chairman of the Board and director for Fresh Direct Holdings, Skyword, Inc., and StoneGate Capital Group LLC. He is also a director at TitBit Pte. Ltd, Continental Grain Company Corp., Gather Inc., Paxos Technology Solutions, LLC and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
