Biography
Ms. Lewent has been a director of the Company since May 2008. Until her retirement in 2007, she was Chief Financial Officer of Merck & Co., Inc., where she was responsible for worldwide financial, corporate development and licensing matters, as well as for strategic planning. She also served as President, Human Health Asia. She is also currently a director of GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
