Biography
Mr. Sørensen has been a director of the Company since May 2016. He also served as a director of the Company from 2011 to 2015. Most recently, Mr. Sorensen was President and Chief Executive Officer of Novo Nordisk A/S, where he also held several senior management roles. He currently serves as a member of the supervisory board of Bertelsmann AG, Carlsberg A/S, and Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget A/B.
