Biography
Mr. Lynch has been a director of the Company since May 2009. He is currently Executive Chairman of the Board of TE Connectivity Ltd. (formerly Tyco Electronics Ltd.), where he also served as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Lynch was Chief Executive Officer and President of Tyco Engineered Products & Services. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Motorola and President and Chief Executive Officer of Motorola’s Personal Communications sector. Mr. Lynch is currently a director of TE Connectivity Ltd. and Cummins Inc. He also serves on the board of trustees for Rider University.
