Biography
Ziad Al Tunisi is the Group VP and COO, a position held since 2008. Ziad joined Al Faisaliah as the Corporate Treasurer in 1998, before promotion to Chief Financial and Investment Officer in 2002. In these roles he has led activities to define and implement group-wide strategy; execute multiple M&A and JV transactions including valuation, negotiation, due diligence and post-transaction planning; establish the Group Internal Audit & Risk function; establish the Business Unit Performance Management System; establish the Group’s investment arm, AFG Capital. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from King Saud University, and an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading.
