Biography
Rania Nassar is a Research Associate in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology in the College of Medicine in Alfaisal University. She obtained her Master degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from University of Jordan (2007) and her Bachelor degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology (2003). She has 6 years' experience as a Senior Specialist Medical Technologist, and 4 years as a biology lab instructor in College of Science (Alfaisal University). She is currently involved in Laboratory teaching sessions in Microbiology and Immunology. Her research interest is screening of natural non-inflammatory antimicrobial compounds for dental surgery and oral treatment. She is involved in Molecular Microbiology research and also involved in research with Dr. Jose Rey-Ladino in vaccine development based on targeting endogenous dendritic cells with antigens and adjuvants
