Biography
I am Dr. Hanan Qatawneh, finished my Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University. I achieved (a Master Degree in Engineering Management with distinction, and a PHD in Knowledge Management and Knowledge transfer) at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, UK. I am working at Alyamamah University, Riyadh in the College of Business Administrative since 20/9/2011 till now. Courses I taught: Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, Total Quality Management, Production Methods and Processes, Quality Control and Research methods workshop for senior project students. I am interested in new ways of teaching and use different methodologies and techniques to deliver the objectives and learning outcomes of the modules. I am a person who likes and have been achieving high quality performance, dedicated to deliver highly modern and quality lectures.
