Biography
Razia Sultana is currently working as a lecturer in Alyamamah University. Before Joining Alyamamah University, she served in COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Islamabad as a lecturer for two years. She was an active member of Graduate Thesis Incharge Committee in COMSATS. She was also the member of Research Advisory Board in Bilquees College PAF, Pakistan. She has conducted few research workshops for undergraduate students in Bilquess College PAF. She has also served as undergrauate final project evaluator in the same college. She is doing her PhD from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan. She has done her M. Phil from COMSATS and her MBA from International Islamic university Islamabad. Her PhD work is in protean career attitude and its implication on career outcomes. She posses dynamic research interests including Protean career attitude, Career commitment, Organization commitment, Career success, Career satisfaction, Emotional intelligence, Employability, Ethnic diversity, Interpersonal Conflict and Conflict management techniques. She is a keen researcher and has published impact factor research articles in A class journals like Personnel Review, Emerald.
