Biography
Dr. Saif Sami is currently working as Assistant Professor (Human Resource Management) at the College of Business Administration. Prior to joining Al-Yamamah University, he was working as Assistant Professor at Saudi Electronic University at its Dammam Branch. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Aligarh Muslim University and received his M.B.A. degree (H.R. & Marketing) from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida (Uttar Pradesh Technical University). He has around five years’ teaching experience in both India and Saudi Arabia, teaching B.B.A and M.B.A. students. He has contributed research papers in refereed international journals and has authored one book.
