Biography
Dr. Russell Gann is working in support of the National Guard Health Affairs, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Gann spent three years at the Ministry of Health, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as the Project Manager for healthcare informatics in the surveillance of infectious disease, chronic disease and infection control in an effort to build the Saudi Centers for Disease Control and National Laboratory. Dr. Gann worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where he was the Program Manager and principle architect for surveillance applications to include the following: BioSense – National syndromic surveillance of the US for infectious diseases.
