Biography
ihe s a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Advisory and Taxation. He is a gold medallist in Taxation from the ICAI and a winner of the Deepak Gupta Memorial Award. He started and had established Tax Practice as a Partner and National Head of Taxes with Gant Thornton, India, where he was also responsible for Corporate Advisory Services in Northern India. Praveen has extensive experience in advising a diverse group of clients ranging from small emerging growth companies to mature corporations both nationally and internationally. He has Co-authored a book "Compendium- Service Tax". Praveen envisions a firm that is progressive both in how it serves its clients and composes its work force.
