Biography
Dr Amro Mohamed Mahmoud Elfeki was Graduated with honors from the Department of Civil Engineering of Mansoura University in Mansoura, Saudi Arabia in 1985. Earned M.Sc. in 1990 at Mansoura University in Mansoura, Saudi Arabia, M.Eng. 1991 at International Institute of Water Education (UNESCO-IHE), Delft, The Netherlands, and Ph.D. in 1996 at the Department of Hydraulic and Geotechnical Engineering, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands. Teaching assistant and Assistant lecturer at Irrigation and Hydraulics Dept., Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, Saudi Arabia (1986-1991), Research Assistant at Dept. of Hydraulic and Geotechnical Engineering, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands (1992-1996), Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Dept. of Applied Earth Sciences, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geo-sciences, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands (1997-1999).
Research Interest
Climate change and its impact on water resources, Time series analysis, Statistical analysis of hydrological records, Stochastic and deterministic modeling of flow, hydrological modeling of arid zones.
