Biography
Prof Dr Noura Mohammed Saleh Hassan Eid had received his Doctorate degree from cairyology, Institute of odontology, Gothenburg, Sweden in 2010.He had completed his 009: Master degree from Food Science & Nutrition, Chemistry, Food & Pharmacy, Reading University, Reading in 2009, and Doctorate degree from Food and Nutrition Sciences, Chemistry, Food and Pharmacy, Reading University, Reading in 2014. Presently he is Professor . Previously he was Demonstrator in Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences - Clinical Nutrition, Jeddah. Presently he is the professor in Clinical Nutrition Department, KING ABDULAZIZ UNIVERSITY, Saudi Arabia.
Research Interest
Community Health, Relationship of nutrition and food components in the health of the colon and digestive system, Ribbitic, probiotics and bacteria in the digestive system, Past experiences in the content of dates of fibers and flavonoids and their effect on bacteria in the digestive system and health of the colon.
