Biography
Prof. XIN GAO Specializes in bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning and algorithms. He is working as Associate Professor in Department of computer Science, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia.
Research Interest
​Professor Gao's research interests are bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning and algorithms. He is interested in building computational models, designing effective and efficient algorithms, and developing machine learning techniques to solve key open problems along the path from protein amino acid sequences, to three-dimensional structures, to their functions, and to their behaviors in complex biological networks.
