Biography
Monira Alwhaibi, MS, PhD, is assistant Professor at the Clinical Pharmacy Department, and co-director for scientific affairs at the medication safety research chair, King Saud University. She has received her PhD degree in 2016 from West Virginia University, United States. Dr. Alwhaibi’s primary areas of research interests include health services research, with particular emphasis on epidemiology, medication use, looking at issues of prevalence, mental health, oncology, cost-analysis of drugs in healthcare systems, and complementary and alternative medicine use. Dr.Alwhaibi is proficient in handling large data healthcare analytics (Databases, EMR /electronic health data, clinical data, etc.). Dr.Alwhaibi is also proficient in using SQL, Statistical Analysis Software (SAS), and STATA.
Research Interest
