Assistant Professor of Urban Design - Department of Urban Planning, College of Architecture and Planning, King Saud University. Coordinator of Graduate Studies of Urban Design Program 2016-2017. Former Head of the E-Learning and Information Technology 2013-2016. PhD degree: Department of Architecture, Edinburgh College of Art, Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom - Edinburgh 2005. MPhil in Urban Design and Planning: Department of Urban Design and Regional Planning, the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh - United Kingdom 1988. Bachelor degree in Architecture: Department of Architecture, College of Engineering, King Saud University, Riyadh – Saudi Arabia 1984. Currently, Dr. Alameddine teaches courses related to urban regeneration, neighbourhood planning and design, land subdivision, land use, spatial and visual analysis, site design and landscape, and computer urban presentation techqniues. In addition, he teaches postgraduate courses including Real Estate Land Development; and Urban Formation. He provides professional planning services to both public and private sectors.
