Biography
Eng. Azzam Bin Yaser Shalabi has been Ma’aden’s board member since April 2016. His exceptional career included the important post of Saudi Arabia’s head of the National industrial Clusters Development Program since its establishment in 2007 until 2015. In addition, he has more than 25 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) where he held multiple senior positions in leading investment initiatives, business development opportunities, project management and operations management. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Industrialization and Energy Services Company. Eng. Shalabi holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Oklahoma State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
