Biography
Eng. Al-Shangiti holds a Master’s Degree in Mineral Industry & Environmental Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom in 1995. His Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering degree is from the King Abdulaziz University in 1992. He was the President of Ma’aden Gold & Base Metals Co. (MGBM), and Director of the Operations Division overseeing the mine and plant operations of MGBM’s five operational mines. He has also served the Company as Mahd Ad Dahab Mine Manager, Project Manager of Ad Duwayhi Development Project, and Mining Manager of Ma’aden Aluminum Project.
