Biography
Inoue was Manager of the Rabigh Project Office from 2004 to 2006, and then extended his connection with the Rabigh Project when he was on loan from Sumitomo Chemical until 2009 and was responsible for Supply Chain Management Department. He was then made General Manager of the Automotive Materials Department in Sumitomo Chemical’s Polypropylene Division, before being appointed President of TPC Singapore in 2011, a position he held until joining Petro Rabigh as CFO.​​
