Biography
Dr. Al-Asad is an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering department at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU). Dr. Al-Asad earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA in 2009 in two areas of interest; Telecommunications and Biomedical Engineering. His PhD research is in the field of biomedical signal and image processing and reconstruction. After he earned his PhD he joined DeVry University-USA as a senior professor teaching in the biomedical, electrical and computer engineering technology majors.
Research Interest
Current research interests are in Biomedical Imaging, Biomedical Signal and Image processing and Wireless telecommunications.
