Yousr Gadhoum

Biography

Yoser Gadhoum is Associate  Professor in Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University in Al-Khobar. He was a former Dean of the College of Business Administration at Al-Yamamah University in Riyadh (KSA) and he has previously served as the Dean of the College of Research and Graduate Studies in Abu Dhabi University (UAE). He was the Chief Research Officer of Abu Dhabi University where he also served as Acting Provost. Yoser is a full professor of finance; earned his Ph.D in Finance in 1995 from Laval University (AACSB accredited), Canada and his MBA from University of Ottawa (AACSB accredited), Canada. Yoser has more than ten (10) years of experience in senior academic administration. Yoser’s previous academic administrative experience also includes Director of the MBA program in Abu Dhabi University (UAE), Finance Department Chair in Canada, Director of postgraduate programs, and former Associate Director of undergraduate programs in Canada. Yoser has 22 years of teaching and research experience, including 16 years in Canada and 6 years in the Gulf region. Yoser's experience includes 12 years in executive education (EMBA) and training with focus on performance analysis, project management, risk management, competitiveness, Supply Chain Finance; serving academic institutions in 9 different countries and dozens of companies and banks as a Consultant. Yoser, the author of three books, has published more than 31 papers.
