Biography
B.A. cum laude University of Miami in Anthropology and Latin American Studies 1976; J.D. New York Law School 1982; M.A. New York University in History 1994; L.L.M. Temple University School of Law 1996; admitted to practice 1984 in Louisiana, and subsequently to the state and federal courts of Louisiana, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
